I am currently art directing the launch of the Kohl’s Rewards Visa Card, converting Kohl’s cardholders from their old bank to the new Capital One Visa product.
Our goal of communication is to take the consumer through the conversion process, informing them what changes are on the way, what to expect, details about the program, then how to activate their card and enroll in Capital One’s online experience.
Below is an example of communications in the customer journey, including the Reissue Card Carrier Welcome Kit, Prepare Me Microsite, to Email comms about change in servicing, Prepare Me Direct Mail, to Enroll Me Microsite, Welcome Me Direct Mail, and activation emails.
