Assisted in creating conversion materials for the BJ’s One Mastercard Program. With three cards (One, One+, and Business Elite), it was a large lift to launch this conversion for cardmembers, and I joined the BJ’s team to create welcome kits, card stickers, servicing direct mail pieces, and emails.
