Graphic Design

Theater Work -

I design graphic work for various theater companies; posters, programs, T-shirts, and social media materials, etc. It’s always a fun challenge to take a story people know and put a fun graphic twist on it to draw people in. I have made materials for shows like Shrek, Urinetown, Into the Woods, Children of Eden, and Night of Broadway Fundraiser Cabaret.

Recruitment Materials -

I also developed recruitment materials in the form of business cards to hand out at local karaoke nights to entice local talent to check out the group.

Music Program Design -

I have also done pro bono work for local music programs, designing Jazz front, programs and season t-shirts for the students. Pictured: Waukegan Bulldog Big Band.

Social -

I concept and design social campaigns with eye catching colors and bold iconography.

This was a series for a Food agency that wanted a standout campaign about fun facts relating to people obsessed with food!

Art + Design

Props Design -

I design props and set pieces for various theater companies; I love to bring a story to life with artistic elements. I have produced pieces for shows like Mamma Mia!, The Little Mermaid, Fiddler on the Roof, Barnum, Shrek, and Children of Eden.

Custom Hand Painted Signs + Pieces -

Inspirational quotes hand-painted freehand, calligraphy, and design on canvas, wood, chalkboards, etc for gifts, weddings, etc.

Iconography-

Cargill/Jack In The Box HipsterBurger Crawl

Cargill wanted to take one of their clients on a innovative tour of the food trends in Portland, so they turned to us to bring it to life. We created this comprehensive little guide to take them around to each of their stops on the tour, and help them identify the trends conveyed by each location.

Animation-

I took an animation class in college, since I love classic Disney animation. I was the only person in my class to do a fully hand drawn animated final composition. 17 seconds =160 sheets of paper! Enjoy!
